- We provide shipping PAN India on all items to major cities and metropolitan cities.
- Standard shipping charges may be applicable on fully prices as well as discounted merchandise.
- Footwear will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of placing the order and after the clearance of payment.
-COD is not available on any items. Payments have to be made through available means mentioned on the website.
- Tracking details will be provided once they are made available by the shipping company after the order is shipped. The Frou Frou Studio is not liable if the tracking details are not accurately provided.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or redirected once shipped.
- We are not liable for any delay(s) in delivery of the order due to destinations custom clearance, natural calamities, force majeure or any unseen circumstance.
