Customer satisfaction is our motto; if due to any reason you are unsatisfied with our merchandise, you can return the merchandise subject. Kindly note that any return orders you place for any merchandise will be exchanged with similar merchandise. There will be no kind of monetary refund in case of return of the merchandise. 

Returns & Exchange are subject to the following conditions:

  • The merchandise should be directly purchased from the Frou Frou Studio. Purchases made through third parties are not eligible for returns.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, the merchandise should be notified and returned within 48 hours from delivery.

  • The merchandise should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged by you.

  • The merchandise should be returned in its original packaging.

  • Any merchandise returned will either be replaced with similar defect-free merchandise. There shall be no refunds on any kind of purchases made. 

  • For any kind of return, we charge a minimal exchange shipping charges. You can mention the issue with images (via WhatsApp) to initiate the exchange within 48hours of receiving the pair. 

  • We will initiate the exchange only after inspecting the returned merchandise, and ensuring that it matches the standards set in the Returns & Refund Policy. We offer free one-time return/exchange per order, subject to our return and exchange policy.
